Minor Repair & Maintenance Services

This contract establishes a framework for Orange County Public Schools to obtain minor repair and maintenance services on an as‑needed basis across its school facilities. The scope covers a wide range of work, including carpentry, metal work, ceiling and wall repairs, kitchen and bathroom fixture upkeep, acoustic ceiling maintenance, welding, refrigeration equipment servicing, and general school equipment repairs such as blackboard resurfacing. The district will issue task orders as needs arise, and vendors will submit bids for each task. • Covers diverse maintenance categories (carpentry, metal, HVAC, refrigeration, etc.) • Applies to all schools within the Orange County Public Schools system in Florida • Awarded via an Invitation to Bid with online submission capability and a due date of January 31 2025.
