FSU Chiller PM and Minor Repair Services

This contract is for preventative maintenance inspections and servicing for Chillers and Cooling Towers at all University locations requiring it. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and monitoring of Chiller units around campus, as well as all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, installation, training, and consulting necessary to provide a completed job. The successful Respondent will manage timely and coordinated efforts to prolong the life of the University’s equipment and maintain operating efficiency by protecting the equipment and systems through preventive maintenance and repair services. • The contract was awarded to three vendors: TRANE US INC, Engineered Cooling Services, Inc., and Brooks Building Solutions. • The contract is for an unspecified duration, with no guaranteed amount of work. • The University reserves the right to award all items and sub-items to one or more Respondents, or in any manner deemed to be most advantageous to the University. • The Contractor selection shall be based on consideration of all relevant factors including expertise, experience, qualifications, and price.
