Term Contract for Janitorial Services at the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Municipal Building (City Hall) & Public Restrooms

This contract is for janitorial services at the City & Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Municipal Building (City Hall) and Public Restrooms. The contractor will provide complete professional janitorial services, including management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment. The contract has a term of 12 months for the Municipal Building (City Hall) and 7 months for the Municipal Building Public Restrooms - Non-Tourist Season, and 5 months for the Municipal Building Public Restrooms - Tourist Season. The contractor will be expected to commence all work on July 1, 2024, after successful award. • The contractor must provide per month pricing for complete Professional Janitorial Services at the Municipal Building (City Hall) and Public Restrooms. • The contractor must acknowledge Attachment A (General Terms & Conditions) and Attachment B (Insurance Requirements). • The contractor must complete all line item pricing and download, complete, and upload Exhibit B - Required Supplies. • The contractor must download, complete, and upload the Bidder Signature and Schedule Page.
