Security Cameras, Installation, Maintenance, and Repairs

This contract is for the installation, maintenance, and repair of security cameras for the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. The contract includes the provision of IP video-surveillance systems, surge suppression equipment, and wireless bridge hardware. The contractor, GSA Security Inc., will perform the scope of services outlined in Appendix A, which includes the installation and maintenance of camera enclosures, IP-based cameras, and wireless bridge hardware. The contract also includes provisions for payment, insurance, and termination. The City of St. Petersburg will provide a single point of contact to administer the agreement and will perform the configuration and maintenance of the management platforms for video recording and storage. Some key points of this contract include: • The contractor must have at least 8 years of experience in installing video-surveillance cameras in government or large enterprise locations. • The contractor must have a current State of Florida Electrical Contractor License and maintain financial resources to provide services. • The contractor must perform the installation and maintenance of camera enclosures, IP-based cameras, and wireless bridge hardware. • The contractor must provide a monthly support plan option, which includes 10 hours of troubleshooting and repair support per month. • The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, and termination.
