Claim Support and Dispute Resolution

The City of Bellevue is seeking construction claims support and dispute resolution services for Capital Investment Plan (CIP) projects. The selected firms will provide services on an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order basis. The scope of services includes identifying causes of construction disputes, providing strategic counsel, evaluating and preparing documentation for claims and disputes, and developing contractual language and strategies for construction agreements.
