17-45 Solids Hauling & Disposal Services

This contract is for solids hauling and disposal services for the Bay County Utility Services Department. The contractor, GreenSouth Solutions, LLC, will provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and supplies to remove solids from the Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The scope of work includes hauling and disposing of biosolids and iron humate residuals from the treatment facilities. The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5-year period.
