HVAC Products, Installation, & Services

This contract is for the provision of comprehensive HVAC products, installation, services, and related products and services on a national scale. The contract is between the Board of Education of Harford County and Trane US Inc. The initial term of the contract is three years, with options for two additional two-year renewals. The contract includes provisions for pricing, invoicing, insurance, and termination. • The contract includes a master purchase agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the contract. • The contract includes provisions for participating public agencies to access the master purchase agreement. • The contract includes a section on governing law, which states that the contract shall be interpreted under and governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. • The contract includes a section on notification, which outlines the procedures for providing notice under the contract. • The contract includes a section on incorporation of appendices, which states that all provisions of appendices and amendments are hereby incorporated herein and made a part of this Master Purchase Agreement.
