Construction Management Continuing Services

The University of North Florida is seeking construction management services for miscellaneous projects, each not exceeding $4,000,000 in total construction cost. The contract will be for an initial period of five years, with an option to renew for an additional five-year period. The selected firms will provide pre-construction services, development of a GMP, construction services, and other related services. The contract was awarded to multiple vendors, including AJAX BUILDING COMPANY, LLC, Auld & White Constructors, LLC, Charles Perry Partners Inc, Danis Construction LLC, D.E. Scorpio Corporation, Gilbane Building Company, Robins & Morton, The Haskell Company, and The Stellar Group Incorporated. • The contract includes construction management services for new construction, renovations, alternates, and/or additions. • The selected firms will work with the University of North Florida staff and the UNF-selected Design Team for each project. • The contract has a total value of approximately $20,000,000 to $40,000,000 over the five-year period. • The contract includes an option to renew for an additional five-year period. • The University of North Florida reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive information and minor irregularities in proposals received.
