HVAC REPAIRS ON SYSTEMS UP TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) TONS

The contract is for HVAC repairs on systems up to twenty-five (25) tons in Hernando County, Florida. The vendor, Kenyon & Partners, Inc., will provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to accomplish the repairs. The contract has a term of three years, with the option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contract value is estimated to be $52,506.00. The scope of work includes repairs to various HVAC systems, including DX split systems, DX roof top units, mixed outdoor air equipment, and chilled water systems. The vendor will also provide pricing proposals for parts and labor, and will be responsible for mobilization, profit, and other costs.
