Courthouse Food Services

The Nueces County Purchasing Department is seeking a food service provider to operate and maintain a food service area in the Nueces County Courthouse. The contract term is for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 additional one-year terms. The provider will be responsible for developing, managing, and operating a high-quality food service, providing a variety of quality foods consistent with industry standards. The minimum bid amount is $600.00. The contract will be awarded to the proposer who meets the requirements and submits the best proposal. • The food service area will be located in the first floor of the Courthouse directly outside the kitchen area hallway and/or in the dining area. • The provider will be responsible for providing a maximum variety of quality foods consistent with industry standards in comparable food service facilities. • The contract term is for 3 years with an option to extend for 2 additional one-year terms. • The minimum bid amount is $600.00.
