Continuing Ed Printing, Bundling and Delivery of Success Catalog

The University of North Georgia is seeking a qualified printing company to provide printing, bundling, and delivery of their Professional and Continuing Education Catalog. The contract will be for the 1 Summer edition (2022) and Fall 2022 and 2023 Spring/Summer with four one-year renewal options. The scope of work includes printing and bundling of approximately 272,000 copies of the catalog, with a maximum 3% over/under run, and delivery to the mailing service noted in the Printing Specifications attachment. The successful vendor will be required to provide a set of hard proofs on the specified paper stock within 3 days of receipt of the print-ready PDF files. • The contract will be awarded to a single vendor. • The vendor must be able to meet all the delivery requirements in the Specifications document. • The vendor must provide the GA standard insurance coverage and requested insurance certificates as defined in the attached file. • The vendor must complete the Sales and Use Tax compliance form and provide it as an attachment in the "Supplier Attachments" section.
