DESIGN, MANUFACTURE, PERSONALIZE AND MAIL VOTER NOTIFICATION/RESIDENCY CONFIRMATION POSTCARDS

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to design, manufacture, personalize, and mail voter notification/residency confirmation postcards to individual registered voters. The contract requires the vendor to provide a detailed mock-up of the postcard, ensure compliance with US Postal Service specifications, and provide reports showing a complete list of all records mailed. The vendor must also have a definable quality control program in effect and comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. The contract term is extendable on a month-to-month or term basis, not to exceed a total of 24 months. • The contract requires the vendor to design and manufacture 120,000 postcards with variable data. • The vendor must ensure compliance with US Postal Service specifications for Election Mail. • The vendor must provide a detailed mock-up of the postcard for approval. • The vendor must have a definable quality control program in effect. • The contract term is extendable on a month-to-month or term basis, not to exceed a total of 24 months.
