Custodial Services for USF Facilities

The University of South Florida Board of Trustees is seeking multiple qualified business entities to provide custodial and related services. The contract was awarded to Ally Facility Solutions Inc. dba Citywide Maintenance of Tampa Bay and United Maintenance Company, Inc. through an Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) process. The services include providing custodial and related services as described in the Technical Specifications.
