Description
The County of Riverside, on behalf of its Sheriff’s Correctional Division, is soliciting quotations for eight copiers, including three 30-40 pages per minute and five 60-70 pages per minute. The copiers will be utilized at various locations to support daily business operations. A Total Life Cycle Analysis will be used to determine the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The Life Cycle Analysis includes the total cost of the machine, accessories, 60-month maintenance cost, and other factors. The contract may be awarded based on the lowest and most responsive, responsible bidder, without negotiation.
