Multiple Library Janitorial Services

The King County Library System is seeking janitorial services for its 50 community libraries and outreach services. The contract was awarded to Commercial Cleaning Systems (CCS). The libraries require a vendor that can provide individual care for each site, as each library has a unique layout and patron usage. The vendor must be capable of covering the entire King County area. • The King County Library System serves over one million residents. • The libraries and other facilities require regular cleaning and maintenance. • The vendor must be able to provide a customized cleaning plan for each library. • The contract was awarded on March 2, 2023.
