The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to E-lancerlab for employee leadership and development services. The contract includes provisions for standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning, as well as the development of custom coursework and live online training. The contract has a term of five years and includes requirements for insurance, termination, and payment. The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause, and the contractor is required to maintain records and cooperate with audits.
