Core Measure Data Abstraction Services

The County of Riverside, on behalf of the Riverside County Regional Medical Center (RCRMC), sought proposals for core measure data abstraction services. Core Measures are used as an improvement tool for RCRMC, with data collection results submitted quarterly to CMS and/or the Joint Commission. The purpose of this contract is to aid RCRMC in performing these tasks, given the significant expansion of Core Measures. • The contract involves providing data abstraction services to support RCRMC's improvement efforts and transparency. • Proposals were due on July 14, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. (PST). • Questions regarding the bid were to be submitted by June 24, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. (PST). • The contract is part of RCRMC's efforts to utilize Core Measures as a tool for hospital improvement and public transparency.
