COURIER SERVICES, PICK-UP AND DELIVERY SERVICES

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Mail Dispatch LLC for courier services, pick-up, and delivery services. The contract commenced on April 1, 2022, and will continue for five years. The contractor will provide services to various County departments and locations, including the Health Care Agency, Social Services Agency, and Treasurer-Tax Collector. The contractor will be responsible for picking up and delivering mail, including certified mail, to various locations throughout the County. The contract includes provisions for insurance, indemnification, and termination. The County has reserved the right to terminate the contract immediately if the contractor fails to comply with any of the provisions, covenants, or conditions of the contract.
