Description
This contract awards a single‑vendor concession operation for the Café 3201 located in the Connie Hudson Mobile Regional Senior Community Center. The vendor will manage the kitchen and dining area, staff all personnel, develop and rotate menus (minimum 15‑day cycle), serve weekday lunch meals to up to 100 senior patrons, collect payments, and submit monthly reports.
