Description
The City of Worcester’s Department of Innovation & Technology is procuring professional IT consulting services to migrate its municipal website (www.worcesterma.gov) from an on‑premises Drupal 10+ environment to the Pantheon cloud‑hosting platform, and to provide 12‑months of ongoing support and ad‑hoc enhancements. The scope includes full content migration (approximately 500 pages, 2,000 images, 1,500 files, and 11 data forms), configuration of security (2‑factor authentication, SSO), creation of development, test, and production environments, and a service level agreement for rapid issue resolution.
