Description
This contract awards custodial (janitorial) services for the Administration Office of Sedgwick County Fire District 1. The selected vendor, Able Janitorial, Inc., will provide routine cleaning twice weekly (Tuesdays and Thursdays) covering restrooms, conference rooms, offices, breakrooms, and exterior glass surfaces, as well as optional floor‑care services. The agreement is a one‑year base term with four additional one‑year renewal options, and the vendor will be paid on a monthly basis at $750 per month ($9,000 annually). Performance is monitored by the fire‑district and the county; non‑performance incurs $50 per day penalties.
