The app must run on iOS and Android devices, include a wide array of mental‑health and wellness content, support anonymous self‑assessment tools, and integrate with existing training platforms such as PoliceOne Academy. The vendor is responsible for delivering the application, providing monthly invoicing, and meeting stringent insurance requirements (including cyber‑risk coverage). The award value is $18,000 and the contract runs through the end of 2024 with final invoicing due in early 2025.
