Short-term Equipment Rental

The County of Sacramento is seeking to establish multiple annual contracts for short-term equipment rental in the greater Sacramento area. The contract will provide short-term equipment rental on an "as needed" basis by various Sacramento County departments. The contract period will be for a maximum of three years, with two one-year extensions at the option of the County. The vendors that were awarded the contract are All American Rental Inc, Hertz Equipment Rental, Holt of California, Maxim Crane Works LP, Neff Rental LLC, Placer Equipment Rentals Inc, Sunstate Equipment, and Volvo Rents. • The contract is for short-term equipment rental in the greater Sacramento area. • The contract period will be for a maximum of three years, with two one-year extensions at the option of the County. • The vendors that were awarded the contract are All American Rental Inc, Hertz Equipment Rental, Holt of California, Maxim Crane Works LP, Neff Rental LLC, Placer Equipment Rentals Inc, Sunstate Equipment, and Volvo Rents. • The contract will provide short-term equipment rental on an "as needed" basis by various Sacramento County departments. • The County received eight bids, and all of the vendors that did not submit conflicting terms and conditions and offered municipal pricing were awarded a contract.
