The Southeast Kansas Education Service Center (SEKESC) issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for facility solutions, which includes equipment, supplies, services, and related items. The RFP was posted on July 2, 2020, and the deadline for submission was July 24, 2020. The SEKESC announced its intent to award a contract to seven vendors: 4Jay Facility Supply, Air Capital Distribution, American Premiere, Brady Industries, Gentryrose Educational Materials, Hillyard, and Performance Award Center. The contract is subject to the execution of a written contract, and the vendors shall not acquire any legal or equitable rights until a contract is executed. • The RFP includes various documents, such as specifications, pricing worksheets, and acceptance of proposal forms. • The SEKESC reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids. • The contract is for facility solutions, which includes equipment, supplies, services, and related items. • The SEKESC will endeavor to assist disadvantaged and woman-owned business enterprises in learning how to do business with the service center.
