ASSET INVENTORY SERVICES

The County of Riverside, Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) is seeking a vendor to provide Asset Inventory Services. The scope of work includes conducting a comprehensive physical inventory of approximately 45,000-50,000 capital and non-capital assets distributed to employees and job sites. The project duration is expected to be two months, beginning by February 2015. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed inventory report and reconcile any discrepancies. • The contract was awarded to ProBar, the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • The award is contingent upon the Board of Supervisors approval on April 7, 2015. • The County of Riverside appreciates the interest of all vendor participants and will keep their company names on the vendor list for future bid considerations.
