Description
The contract is for the provision of Social Support Services to the elderly of Ocean County. The services will be provided by Preferred Behavioral Health Group, and the contract is valued at $120,000. The contract term is from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024. The services will be funded by the Ocean Area Plan Grant, Office of Senior Services.
• The contract is contingent upon the availability of funds.
• The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time during the contract term if funds are not appropriated.
• The contract number must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the agreement.
• The Director and Clerk of the Board are authorized to execute any necessary subsequent related documents.
• A notice of this action shall be published once in the official newspaper of the County as required by law.
