C-91034 RFP 25-18 Transient Camp and Biohazard Cleanup

This contract is for transient camp abatement and cleanup services, including the removal of trash and biohazardous materials. The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to perform the work. The contract has a maximum value of $300,000 and may be extended for a total period not to exceed five years. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, insurance, and environmental protection. • The contractor will provide services on a scheduled and as-needed basis. • The contractor will respond to service requests within 60 minutes. • The contractor will provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment. • The contractor will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will maintain liability insurance and provide evidence of insurance. • The contractor will indemnify and hold harmless the City of Vancouver.
