Telephone Answering Services

Pinellas County is seeking a contractor to provide telephone answering services for various county departments. The services include coverage in the evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional normal daytime work hours. The contractor will be required to receive incoming calls and electronically relay messages and dispatch emergency calls to designated staff. The contract has a term of 36 months, and the contractor must comply with all local, state, and federal directives, orders, and laws applicable to this solicitation and subsequent agreement.
