Home Energy Rebates Multifamily Implementer

The State of Utah Office of Energy Development is seeking a Home Energy Rebates Multifamily Implementer for 50121 and 50122 programs. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for 1 year with a possible 4-year renewal. The implementer will be responsible for managing and tracking two funding streams. The evaluation committee will evaluate each responsive and responsible proposal using the criteria described in the RFP. • The RFP includes prerequisites, buyer attachments, questions, and items that offerors must review and respond to. • The evaluation committee will evaluate each proposal based on technical criteria, cost, and other factors. • The contract may be modified to incorporate new technology or technological upgrades. • The State reserves the right to conduct discussions with offerors and to request best and final offers.
