Description
The City of Spokane is seeking a qualified individual or firm to assume full responsibility for operating Indian Canyon Golf Course, including the 6,255‑yard, 71‑par course, clubhouse/restaurant, pro‑shop, driving range, and associated cart rental services. The contractor must be a PGA‑certified professional, hold a Washington State business licence, and possibly obtain a liquor licence, while managing staff, securing merchandise, and ensuring the facility is fully operational by the start date. The contract runs for five years with the option to renew for an additional five‑year term, and compensation is based on a negotiated revenue‑sharing model derived from historical gross receipts. Evaluation will consider technical, management, and cost proposals.
