PRICE TERM AGREEMENT FOR PRINTING ENVELOPES

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for envelopes. The contract will be a price term agreement from July 1, 2014, to June 30, 2015. The vendor will be responsible for printing and delivering #10 window envelopes, #10 plain envelopes, and #6-3/4 plain envelopes to various departments and agencies of the County of Hawaii. The estimated quantities for each item are approximate, and the County reserves the right to purchase part of or more than the estimated quantity. The total price should be inclusive of any set-up fees, shipping, and/or taxes. • The contract will be awarded based on individual line items. • The vendor must provide proof before printing. • The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
