Rentals & Concession Vendor for War Veterans Memorial Park

This contract is for the provision of concession services, including kayak and paddleboard rentals, at War Veterans Memorial Park in Pinellas County, Florida. The vendor, Zaha Nosha LLC, will pay the county 15% of monthly gross sales on merchandise and 10.5% on other sales. The contract has a term of 3 years, starting from March 24, 2023, and ending on March 23, 2026. The vendor is responsible for maintaining the designated service area, including trash pickup and keeping the area in good repair and in a clean, neat, orderly, and sanitary condition.
