Employee Leadership and Development

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Leadership Studies, Inc. d/b/a The Center for Leadership Studies to provide employee leadership and development training. The contract includes a variety of services, such as standard seminars, keynote speaking, custom facilitation, coaching, and strategic planning. The vendor will provide training sessions, workshops, and other services to support the City's leadership development objectives. The contract has a duration of approximately 4 years and 4 months, from November 20, 2024, to March 31, 2029. • The contract includes a budget of $10,000. • The vendor will provide services on an as-needed, if-needed basis. • The City reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause. • The vendor is responsible for providing all necessary materials and equipment for the training sessions. • The contract includes provisions for payment, warranties, and termination.
