Description
This contract calls for the design, development, customization, deployment, and ongoing support of a multi‑platform wellness application tailored for Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Department personnel. The app must include mental‑health resources covering 19 topics, anonymous self‑assessment tools, push notifications, a peer‑support calling feature, usage tracking, and integration with internal and external wellness resources as well as PoliceOne Academy training. Ongoing maintenance, monthly invoicing, and a final invoice due by January 8 2025 are required. The vendor must also meet extensive insurance requirements (CGL, Umbrella, E&O, Cyber, Workers’ Compensation) and register with the Ohio Inspector General for services exceeding $10,000 per year.
