Building Code Administrator

This contract is for a Building Code Administrator for the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The vendor, M.T. Causley, LLC, will provide construction plan review, inspection, and building code administration services for a period of one year. The contract requires the vendor to have a staffed office within 100 miles of Charlotte County. The contract also requires the vendor to provide a Certificate of Insurance stating the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida as the certificate holder. • The contract period is from March 8, 2023, to March 7, 2024. • The vendor must provide a Certificate of Insurance within 7 days of the award. • The vendor must wear a uniform statewide photo identification badge on school grounds. • The contract requires the vendor to meet the requirements set forth in Florida Statute, Section 1012.467(8)(a).
