PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

This contract is for the procurement of promotional items, including apparel, drinkware, bags, office supplies, and other items. The contract was awarded to Calico Enterprises, and the County of Ocean reserves the right to order any quantity necessary to meet its requirements. The contract has a term of one year, and the vendor is responsible for delivering all material ordered in first-class condition within five working days after receipt of order. Some key points of the contract include: • The vendor must have a website that shows current list prices for all items in the specified categories. • Discounts offered shall be applied to the current list pricing available on the website or in the catalog. • Setup charges are allowed for the preparation of necessary equipment and materials to customize promotional products with the County's artwork. • The County reserves the right to order any quantity necessary to meet its requirements, with no guarantee of purchasing any amount of product from any bidder. • Delivery shall be FOB destination, and the vendor shall be responsible for the delivery of all material ordered in first-class condition and in accordance with good commercial practice.
