The County Commissioners of Carroll County are seeking to establish an open-end, indefinite delivery contract with a qualified consultant to perform various Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services primarily related to Airport Capital Improvement Projects (ACIP) at the Carroll County Regional Airport. The contract is expected to be for one year with four one-year renewal options.
