Concession Services - Airport Paid Public Parking Management & Operations

This contract is for the management and operation of paid public parking at the St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport. The contract has a term of 10 years, with an option to extend for an additional 5 years. The contractor will provide paid public parking concession and shuttle bus services, and will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the parking lots. The County will provide the contractor with an initial revenue control system, which the contractor will replace with a new system within 120 days of the commencement of the contract. The contractor will also provide a GPS route management system and an automated passenger counting system.
