Roofing Products and Services (Weatherproofing Technologies)

Region 4 Education Service Center (Region 4 ESC) has partnered with OMNIA Partners to establish a contract for Roofing Products, Services, and Job-Order-Contracting (JOC) Services. The contract is available to other public agencies nationally, including state and local government entities, public and private primary, secondary, and higher education entities, non-profit entities, and agencies for the public benefit. The contractor will provide timely and accurate technical advice and sales support to Region 4 ESC staff and participating agencies. The contract has an estimated annual volume of $500M. Some key features of the contract include: * The contractor will provide roofing products and services, including installation, maintenance, repair, and asset management. * The contractor will comply with the latest industry-standard construction details published by the National Roofing Contractors Association. * The contractor will provide solar panel/photovoltaic (PV) systems and services, including pre and post solar installation inspections, product procurement, construction, and installation. * The contractor will remove movable furniture in the work area and place it back in the required location upon completion. * The contractor will provide adequate insurance coverage meeting at a minimum the requirements of the State of Texas or the state where the job is located.
