Life Insurance, AD&D, Long-Term Disability, and Permanent Life with Long-Term Care

The City of Palm Beach Gardens published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Life Insurance, AD&D, Long-Term Disability, and Permanent Life with Long-Term Care. The RFP was issued on January 12, 2018, and the submission deadline was February 9, 2018. However, all proposals were rejected because none of them offered the mix of services requested in the RFP.
