Inmate Video Visitation System

The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to provide an Inmate Video Visitation System (IVVS) for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department. The system should allow for on-site and remote video visitation, including inmate-to-court, inmate-to-medical services, and inmate-to-attorney. The County is looking for a revenue share solution for a five-year period. The vendor should provide a turnkey solution, including equipment, installation, connectivity, maintenance, storage, hardware, software, security, training, and other necessary products and services. • The system should be able to handle monitoring, scheduling, and management of on-site and remote video visitation. • The vendor should have experience in providing similar systems and should be able to provide cost estimate data and substantiate ROI projections with actual metrics and/or case analysis. • The County is looking for a system that will provide the lowest per call and per minute cost to the inmate while revenue sharing to increase the Inmate Welfare Fund (IWF). • The system should not impact the daily operations of the Sheriff or the current Inmate Telephone System (ITS).
