IGA/Superior Court/Jury Agmt

The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County for jury management services. The agreement provides for the Superior Court to print and mail summonses, field phone calls, and process payments for jury fees and mileage reimbursements. The Municipal Court may also elect to have the Superior Court provide a CD with names and addresses of potential jurors. The agreement has a term of 10 years, with the option to renew for four additional two-year terms.
