Description
The County of Riverside sought proposals for a Next Generation Human Capital Management (HCM) solution to upgrade its current Oracle PeopleSoft-based Human Resource Management System (HRMS). The RFP included requirements for the HCM system to interface with the County's remaining PeopleSoft-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and associated shadow systems.
