The City of Vancouver has awarded a contract to The Amy VanCamp Experience LLC to coordinate the planning and execution of the annual Vancouver Art and Music Festival. The contract includes a scope of work that encompasses event planning and execution, logistics, security, booking performers and artists, managing budgets, schedules, and volunteers, as well as supporting communications, marketing, and sponsorship. The contractor will work under the direction of the City's Cultural Services Manager and will be responsible for overseeing planning committees and directing work planning. The contract has a term of five years, from February 1, 2024, to January 30, 2029, and the contractor will be paid a flat, fixed project fee.
