Description
This contract is for air charter services for the Florida State University (FSU) Football Team for the 2020 revised scheduled season games. The contract requires the vendor to provide team travel, including flights, accommodations, and other related services. The vendor must meet certain specifications, including having a minimum of 5 years of experience in the air charter business, providing a list of other NCAA college or professional league teams flown within the last three calendar years, and having a safety record that meets FSU's requirements. The contract also includes provisions for pricing, payment, and travel dates.
• The contract term is anticipated to be upon contract execution through December 5, 2020.
• The vendor must provide a "designated" charter coordinator for all flights.
• The vendor must provide a complete seating chart and boarding passes to the FSU designated point of contact for the Athletic Team traveling.
• The contract includes a provision for the selected carrier to transport the FSU Football team to any post-season games.
• The vendor must have liability insurance of no less than $500,000,000.00 for each flight.
• The vendor must provide a list of other NCAA college or professional league teams flown within the last three calendar years.
• The vendor must have a minimum of 5 years in the air charter business.
