IT Strategic Plan for City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Management Information Systems (MIS)

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is seeking a consultant to develop a seven-year IT strategic plan for the CBJ's Management Information Systems (MIS) division. The plan should include an assessment of the existing technology environment, identification of emerging technology needs, and a tactical project plan to achieve the IT strategic goals. The consultant should have experience with municipal technology strategic plans and be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
