TOPSOIL, SAND AND FLEXIBLE BASE MATERIAL BIDS

The City of North Richland Hills is seeking bids for topsoil, sand, and flexible base material. The contract period is 12 months with the option to extend for 4 additional one-year terms. The city reserves the right to reject in part or in whole all bids submitted. The bid tabulation sheet shows the prices submitted by each vendor for different materials. • The estimated quantities for each material are: 2,000 cubic yards of topsoil, 2,000 cubic yards of screened sand, 2,000 cubic yards of cushioned sand, 2,000 tons of flexible base type #247, type "A" grade 2, 200 tons of 3/4" utility rock, and 200 tons of type "D" crushed limestone (#10 chat). • The city will notify the successful bidder upon award of the contract and make all bids received available for inspection at that time. • The bid due date was May 28, 2019, at 10:00 A.M. CST.
