Alternate Indigent Defense Services

The County of Fresno is seeking a vendor to provide alternate indigent defense services, including conflict counsel and associated legal defense services, to financially eligible persons accused of crime in Fresno County. The vendor will provide up to seven levels of conflict counsel for any single case. The contract was awarded to Richard A. Ciummo & Associates, who provided a thorough and comprehensive proposal that met the requirements of the RFP.
