Description
The Town of Fountain Hills has entered into a Professional Services Agreement with Deckard Technologies, Inc. to provide short term rental software. The contract is for a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. The total contract value is $39,000. The scope of work includes providing real estate property data for short-term rentals, identifying violations of STR ordinances, and developing an online portal for STR registration and payment collection. The Town will pay 50% of the annual fee upon execution of the agreement and 50% after successful implementation of the STR registration/licensing portal.
