The County of Cuyahoga’s Department of Public Safety and Justice Services issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for a cloud‑based dispatch scheduling system to support 24/7 public‑safety operations. The system must accommodate up to 40 concurrent users, complex rotation scheduling, union‑compliance work‑limit rules, employee self‑service (availability, time‑off, shift swaps), SMS/email notifications, and role‑based security. Hosting with daily off‑site backups, unlimited phone/email training and support, and continuous upgrades are required. The contract is a three‑year subscription with a 30‑day termination clause, and the award will go to the lowest responsive and qualified bidder.
